Who does this at volume

• Hospitals, clinics and staffing agencies. Nursing licences are the largest group here; verification is a standing obligation, not a one-off.
• Employers with a renewal calendar to manage. Colorado expires a whole profession on the same day — 79,660 licences share the busiest month. A roster of 200 nurses renews together.
• Compliance teams and insurers. A licence that lapses mid-engagement is a live exposure.
• Anyone matching a roster to a register where the number is unique only within its type.

What we can do on your roster

• Resolve it. Send numbers or names; get back a CSV with the type, family, city, issue and expiry dates — and the renewal cycle, so you know when each one falls due.
• Watch it. DORA republishes rather than reporting change. We keep every collection and tell you who lapsed and who renewed.
• Query it. A JSON endpoint by licence key.

⚠️ We do not sell “disciplined professionals” extracts, and we do not sell the disciplinary field on its own. It is in the public source; profiling individuals out of it is not a service we offer.

The prepared dataset — published prices

The other thing sold here is not a service on your list: it is the dataset itself, compiled, joined to the licence-type table, dated and delivered ready to use. The pages of this site stay free — an official fact belongs to no one. What is paid for is the work of compilation.

• Change feed — USD 300 / monthOr USD 3 000 a year. At every collection, what came in, went out or changed since the previous one. This is the part that does not age.
• One slice — USD 90 / monthThe feed restricted to a single profession or city, for those who do not need the rest.
• Full snapshot — USD 4 000, onceThe state of the register on the day of delivery, every field included. Listed last on purpose : a snapshot ages.
