A dated report on one license record
Useful when a client, auditor or tender asks for a dated confirmation of your Colorado licenses — one PDF, USD 15.
- Current status — active, as DORA lists it
- License type and profession
- Issue and expiry dates — first issued, last renewed, expires
- Renewal cycle — cycle, year parity, fixed expiry date
- Date of the data and its source
- A clear disclaimer — not an official certificate, no disciplinary detail
For a company: one line per active license it holds.
Order a report — USD 15
Tell us the company name, or your license number and profession — the number alone is ambiguous in Colorado.
Nothing to pay now. We send the report, then a payment link. If the register holds nothing for what you asked, there is nothing to pay — see the terms.

The disclaimer printed on every report
- Not an official certificate. It is a dated copy of DORA's public file, made by an independent site. For a formal verification, DORA's own lookup is the authority.
- No disciplinary detail. The report carries no disciplinary action, case number or count.
- A snapshot, not live. It shows the register on the collection date printed on it.
- Not a consumer report under the FCRA (below).
Who it is for
- A company that holds licenses (21,187 of the licenses in this register are held by a company) and needs one dated document for a tender, an audit or a client.
- A license holder who wants their own record as a dated file.
What it is not
It is not a background check and not a report on a third-party individual: we do not sell reports about a person to someone else. Verifying a license with the issuing authority is a different act from screening a person.
Not a consumer reporting agency. This site and the datasets sold from it are not consumer reports under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and must not be used to decide anyone's eligibility for employment, credit, insurance, housing, or any other purpose covered by the FCRA. If you need a background check, use a screening company that operates as a consumer reporting agency.
Price and how it works
USD 15 per report. No payment is taken on this site and no card details are entered here: you order above, we send the PDF, and a payment link follows.
